HIPAA Exams is an accredited company. All of the HIPAA, CPR and First Aid training that HIPAA Exams offers is compliant with guidelines from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross.

By way of explanation, the American Heart Association represents the U.S. as a liaison to the ILCOR. It is the AHA’s responsibility to communicate the Committee’s treatment findings so U.S. companies and training providers can model their courses after the latest consensus guidelines.

Further, the term “accreditation” is an often-misinterpreted term in the BBP industry. One BBP organization cannot provide a national endorsement or accreditation to any other BBP training provider. For example, the OSHA cannot approve, endorse, or give accreditation for BBP training provided through the Red Cross. Each BBP provider can create their own courses, training materials, and teaching methods based on the OSHA guidelines.
